Position: Executive Chef – Spago – Bellagio

About: The Executive Chef at Spago is responsible for managing kitchen operations at MGM Resorts International, providing direction and leadership for the culinary team, ensuring operational and financial goals are met, maintaining inventory and supply management, cost controls, staff performance and training, and delivering exceptional guest experiences in line with MGM brand standards.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree is a plus; Two (2)+ years of prior experience as an Executive Chef or Chef de Cuisine in a high-skilled restaurant; Familiarity with resort/casino environment dynamics; Food Handlers card required before the start date
