Position: Executive Chef (Seasonal Summer 2025) – Diamond’s Edge Restaurant
About: Diamond’s Edge Restaurant at the Inn at Diamond Cove is seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Chef to join their team. This seasonal position starts in Mid-May and runs through Columbus Day Weekend. Colwen Hotels, a hospitality group with 40 hotels across 10 states, is known for its forward-thinking concepts and career advancement opportunities for associates.
Requirements: 5 years of F&B experience (hotel experience preferred); 4-year culinary degree; excellent written and verbal communications skills; proven track record in social and corporate catering; strong knowledge of HACCP procedures and application; knowledge and prior experience with outside vendors and associated ordering systems; strong leader of people; strong presentation skills; intermediate to advanced computer skills; ability to learn computer systems and operate POS system; willingness to work rotational work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
