Position: Executive Chef – Resort Dining
About: Pier Sixty-Six Resort, a luxury waterfront enclave in Fort Lauderdale, is seeking an experienced Executive Chef of Resort Dining to join its opening team. With 10 Food & Beverage outlets, a luxurious spa, and 325 guest rooms, suites, and villas, the resort promises exceptional experiences in a meticulously designed space focused on guest satisfaction and employee welfare.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 6 years experience in culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area; OR 2-year degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 4 years experience in culinary, food and beverage, or related professional areas
