Position: Executive Chef Patient/Resident – Luby’s Culinary Services

About: The Executive Chef will lead the culinary trajectory for patient and resident food service programs. They will be responsible for menu creation, managing kitchen operations, overseeing food quality, ensuring food safety standards, and maintaining cost controls.

Requirements: Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience; Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar leadership role in a hospital and/or senior living community; Expertise in patient feeding; Strong leadership skills; Strong communication skills, both oral and written; Expertise in modern and classic cooking techniques, including international cuisine; Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to healthcare food service
