Position: Executive Chef Partner
About: The Executive Chef Partner is responsible for leading a team of culinary professionals that deliver high-quality, great-tasting food, ensuring proper food safety and sanitation procedures, and focusing on profitability. This role contributes to increasing top-line sales and guest count by providing a superior team member and guest experience, while also supporting the Culinary Development team in executing menu items with excellence in the restaurant.
Requirements: Proven success as head of kitchen operations in a high-volume upscale restaurant or high-end resort restaurant; strong passion for culinary excellence, wine knowledge, and service; proven ability to develop a team; knowledge of systems, methods, and processes that contribute to great execution; stable job history demonstrating upward career progression; previous success as a Sous Chef, Executive Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager in a high-volume upscale restaurant or high-end resort restaurant
