About: Victory Brewing, located in Parkesburg, PA, is currently seeking an Executive Chef to join their unique and rewarding team. As part of Artisanal Brewing Ventures (ABV), Victory Brewing is a top regional craft brewery with a rich history and a commitment to industry leadership and excellence.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum of 5 years’ experience in varied kitchen positions including food preparation, line cook, fry cook, and expediter; at least 2 years of Executive Chef experience in a high-volume setting; strong knowledge of craft beer and/or interest in beer-based cooking and food pairings; clear communication skills; ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
