Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 5+ years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience; hands-on chef experience a must; A.S. or equivalent experience in a high-volume dining environment; comprehensive knowledge of food and catering trends; experience in institutional and batch cooking; ServSafe certification highly desirable
