Position: Executive Chef – Maryland
About: Live! Casino and Hotel Maryland is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead and manage the culinary operations, ensuring high-quality food offerings and exceptional guest experiences in a vibrant gaming and entertainment setting.
Requirements: Four-year degree in a related field or equivalent work experience; Culinary Arts, Bachelors or Masters Degree preferred; Minimum of ten (10) years experience as an Executive Chef in a comparable hotel environment; Expertise in food product, presentation, quality, and preparation; Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities; Extensive knowledge of menu development, marketing, cost, and wage control; Ability to supervise large staff and accomplish goals on a timely basis
