Position: EXECUTIVE CHEF | MARQUEE CLUB |FULL TIME
About: The Fox Theatre in Atlanta seeks a motivated, well-qualified candidate with experience managing culinary operations to lead its culinary department as Executive Chef. The Executive Chef is responsible for managing and overseeing all culinary strategies, initiatives, and daily operations at the Fox Theatre.
Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent; Completion of a formal culinary training program from an accredited culinary school or equivalent professional experience; Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in high-end culinary environments, including fine dining, private events, or upscale catering; Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role, such as Executive Chef, Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager, managing multiple shifts and kitchen staff; Experience in developing and managing food and labor costs, including menu pricing, inventory control, and budget forecasting; Hands-on experience in all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu development, food preparation, plating, and presentation; Proven track record of ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
