About: Chartwells Higher Education, a member of Compass Group USA, is re-inventing the on-campus dining experience at over 300 college and universities across the country. They are known for investing in high-tech, food-infused social spaces to promote meaningful relationships and interactions, with a focus on feeding hungry minds and preparing students for success. This specific role involves leading the culinary and catering dining experience at a BRAND NEW dining facility at the LSU Health Sciences Center in Shreveport, LA.
Requirements: A.S. or equivalent experience; Three to five years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience; Comprehensive knowledge of food and catering trends; Experienced with computers, including Microsoft Office; Extensive catering experience a plus; High volume, complex foodservice operations experience highly desirable; ServSafe certified highly desirable
