Position: Executive Chef – LAX Airport
About: This establishment is a multi-location corporate dining facility or restaurant located at LAX Airport. They are currently seeking an experienced Executive Chef to oversee all back-of-the-house elements and ensure client and guest satisfaction by upholding high-quality standards and implementing culinary best practices.
Requirements: Graduate of accredited Culinary institution or Certified Executive Chef; experience managing a breakfast, lunch, dinner program; experience in operating a successful multi-location corporate dining facility or restaurant; experience working with Food production/commissary; multi-unit experience overseeing 2+ food service/cafe/restaurant locations; experience managing union workers; reasonable tenure expected; ServSafe certified
