The successful candidate will be a key player in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining the restaurant’s reputation for excellence and innovation in the culinary field.

Requirements: High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED); some college preferred; three to five years of high volume full-service restaurant management experience preferred; exceptional leadership and motivational skills required; ability to attract, train, develop, and retain top-notch team members; exceptionally strong guest service focus with a commitment to delivering outstanding dining experiences; ability to set and achieve financial goals for the restaurant, focusing on sales growth, guest satisfaction, and cost management
