Requirements: Proven operating leadership in the casual dining segment of the restaurant industry; passion for quality and executing exacting standards in food, service, and facility management; track record of identifying, recruiting, and developing future leaders; competitiveness and assertiveness; ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment; value structure and detail-oriented; experience in High Volume Full-Service Restaurants
