Requirements: 3+ years of culinary management experience with expertise in managing and writing prep lists; experience in inventory management, cost control, and financial oversight; proficiency in a hands-on, high-volume kitchen environment with team management skills; ability to lead and develop employees for future leadership roles; adept at training facilitation, strong communication, and organizational abilities; physical stamina to stand, walk, lift objects up to 30 lbs, and work in varying temperatures for extended shifts
