Position: Executive Chef / Kitchen Manager

Requirements: 3+ years of culinary management experience with expertise in managing and writing prep lists; Experience in inventory management, cost control, and financial oversight; Proficiency in hands-on, high-volume kitchen environments; Ability to lead, develop team members, and provide effective training; Strong communication and organizational skills; Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in various temperature conditions
