Position: Executive Chef – Kauffman Stadium
About: Aramark, a global provider of food, facilities, and uniform services across various industries including education, healthcare, business, government, and sports, is currently seeking an Executive Chef to support Kauffman Stadium, home of the Kansas City Royals. The Executive Chef oversees all chef managers and hourly culinary staff and is responsible for developing and executing culinary solutions to meet production, presentation, and service standards in a high-volume special events culinary operation.
Requirements: Requires a culinary degree or equivalent and 4+ years of culinary experience in a management role; previous experience in high volume special events culinary operations strongly preferred; advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within the food profession; ability to maintain effective client and customer rapport for mutually beneficial business relationships; strong multitasking, organizational, communication, and leadership skills; occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs.; availability to work event-based hours including evening, weekend, and potentially holiday hours
