Position: Executive Chef, Kassi Beach House
About: The Executive Chef at Virgin Hotels works directly with the General Manager to oversee the cost-effective operation of the kitchen, dish room, and storeroom facilities, ensuring high food quality and service standards. The Executive Chef plays a key role in building sales, growing the business, and maintaining profitability while continuously striving for improvement in food quality and ambience at the restaurant.
Requirements: A minimum of six (6) years progressive food preparation experience; Previous supervisory experience; Demonstrated organizational skills, budgeting experience, and financial understanding; Ability to effectively communicate with employees and guests; Knowledge and experience in meat preparation, stocks, soups, and sauces; Familiarity with kitchen operations
