About: Indianapolis Motor Speedway is seeking an Executive Chef to lead culinary operations, develop and execute culinary solutions, and ensure high standards of production, presentation, and service. This leadership position oversees chef managers and culinary staff to meet customer needs and tastes.
Requirements: Requires at least 4 years of executive chef experience; at least 2 years in a leadership role; culinary degree or equivalent experience; ability to multi-task; advanced knowledge of food profession principles and practices; strong communication skills
