Requirements: A 2-year, 3-year, or 4-year culinary degree and at least 5 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field; previous supervisor responsibility required; knowledge of F&B preparation techniques, health department rules and regulations, and liquor laws and regulations; ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently; warm and friendly demeanor with effective verbal and written communication skills; ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle complex information; maintain confidentiality and comply with regulations.
