Position: Executive Chef job

Requirements: At least 5 years of culinary leadership experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume, full-service kitchen, preferably in a hotel environment; college education and/or culinary degree strongly preferred; ServSafe Food Manager certified; proven exemplary culinary skills with extensive food and wine knowledge; excellent written and verbal communication skills; creative and knowledgeable about new concepts and food trends; computer literate and detail-oriented; basic mathematical skills and ability to create and understand financial reports; experience managing payroll and scheduling; able to lead, develop, and motivate staff; flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
