Position: Executive Chef job
About: Chicago Chefs is currently seeking an Executive Chef with a strong background in fine dining Greek and/or Mediterranean cuisine. The ideal candidate will be responsible for running an efficient kitchen, continuously improving the menu, and leading and mentoring the team to enhance their skills.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; experience in leading and supervising junior chefs, working within budget constraints, knowledge of P&L, FC, and LC; must have in-depth experience in cooking Greek or Mediterranean cuisine at a high level
