About: EPISCOPAL COMMUNITY SERVICES OF SAN FRANCISCO is looking for a dedicated and experienced individual to join their team as a Kitchen Manager in San Francisco. The role involves overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, focusing on delivering high-quality meals and services to clients while providing training opportunities to culinary students.

Requirements: A Culinary Arts Degree preferred; five years of first-hand experience in a commercial or institutional kitchen environment with at least three years of management or supervisory experience; hands-on approach to kitchen operations; experience working with underserved populations preferred; strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills; possession of a valid California driver’s license; basic knowledge of emergency procedures; proficient in Microsoft Suite; certification in Food Handling & Food Safety; conversational in Spanish is a plus; at least 5 years of leadership experience supervising staff; joyful, optimistic, and compassionate individual; ability to welcome and respect diversity among coworkers and clients.
