Position: Executive Chef job
About: A growing hospitality group with several unique restaurants and venues in Rhode Island and Massachusetts, focusing on creating experiences centered around food, drink, and entertainment.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent required; formal culinary training or associate degree in culinary arts preferred; minimum of 5 years of restaurant Executive Chef experience, preferably in a large and/or multi-unit venue; minimum of 7 years of culinary management experience; knowledge of computers (MS Word, Excel) and POS systems; proficient in food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation, security, company policies and procedures, personnel management, record-keeping, and report preparation; food safety knowledge; ability to bend, stand, and stoop for extended periods, work long hours in hot conditions; experience calculating figures and amounts, performing mathematical functions; eligible to work in the United States
