Position: Executive Chef job
About: Aramark Healthcare is seeking candidates for an Executive Chef position at BROWNHealth (Rhode Island Hospital and Hasbro Children’s Hospital) in Providence, RI. This is a management position responsible for developing and executing culinary solutions to meet customer needs and tastes. The position oversees and manages culinary operations to maintain production, presentation, and service standards.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Culinary Arts degree desired; Minimum of 5 years of culinary management experience; Strong leadership skills and advanced knowledge of food profession principles and practices; Experience supporting high-volume retail cafes within a healthcare, collegiate hospitality, or corporate dining setting preferred; SERV Safe certification and/or HACCP knowledge required; Experience managing a union workforce is a plus; All individuals working on-site must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 before the start date as well as (MMR, Varicella, Tdap, and Flu)
