Position: Executive Chef job
About: A fine dining establishment in Texas is seeking a seasoned chef with expertise in cooking over live fire and fine dining, including experience in a MICHELIN STAR operation. The ideal candidate should also excel in managing Food & Labor Costs and will work closely with the Corporate Chef and Restaurant Company Owner to improve the menu and produce quality food.
Requirements: Background in cooking over live fire, fine dining experience, ability to manage Food & Labor Costs; Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts (optional); 3+ years of Executive Chef or Chef de Cuisine experience in fine dining/Michelin operations; Experience in leading and supervising junior chefs; Experience working within budget constraints
