Position: Executive Chef job
About: Abby’s Catering, providing exceptional culinary and hospitality experiences since 1980, serves high-profile passengers in Houston and Dallas, including celebrities, government officials, and industry leaders. They offer gourmet delights for corporate offices, private events, and food service management contracts in the Houston and Dallas metro areas.
Requirements: This position requires a Monday-Friday work schedule with a focus on breakfast and lunch services, occasional nights for high-profile functions, leadership, management, accountability, and strong training abilities. Qualifications include strong culinary skills, Food Protection Manager Certification, 5+ years of Executive Chef experience in a similar high-volume operation, knowledge of HACCP and food safety programs, proficiency in controlling food and labor costs, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
