Requirements: 3-5 years of culinary management experience; experience in menu rollouts and kitchen systems implementation; proven leadership and team development skills; strong understanding of restaurant systems; high level of personal motivation and attention to detail; ability to collaborate effectively with a team; reside within a reasonable driving distance to one of the current restaurant locations
