Requirements: High school degree in general studies; 2-3 years of management experience; minimum of two years of acute or long-term care experience preferred; minimum of three to five years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience; extensive catering experience a plus; hands-on chef experience required; comprehensive knowledge of food and catering trends; experience with computer applications like Microsoft Office; willingness to participate in patient satisfaction programs
