Position: Executive Chef job
About: Titan Hospitality is seeking a passionate, creative, and experienced Executive Chef to lead their kitchen staff and ensure the promptness, freshness, and quality of dishes. The role involves coordinating tasks, implementing hygiene policies, designing new recipes, reviewing staffing levels, hiring and training kitchen staff, setting performance standards, and handling customer feedback and complaints.
Requirements: 2+ years culinary education; 5+ years experience in a similar position; Advanced knowledge of food profession principles and practices; Proficient knowledge of human resources management; Excellent knowledge of BOH systems, ordering, and inventory; Excellent communication skills; Ability to meet deadlines; Available to work on call, shifts, after hours, over weekends, and on public holidays
