Position: Executive Chef job
About: Growing Hospitality Services provider is seeking a new Executive Chef to join their team. The position is located in Scottsdale, Arizona on site. The Executive Chef will be responsible for managing culinary and kitchen operations staff, ensuring compliance with HACCP, Food Safety, and D365 specifications. They will also oversee local sales, promotional efforts, client engagement, and customer service standards. The role involves developing menus, participating in promotional activities, and maintaining operational excellence in various aspects of the kitchen.
Requirements: 3+ years of hands-on culinary operations experience with Safe Food Handling & Allergen Certification preferred; 3+ years of food/Bev operations management experience overseeing staff, client engagement, inventory management, and process implementation; strong experience in food purchasing, inventory management, recipe selection, and culinary preparation methods; knowledge of finance, accounting principles, and Department of Health Regulations; ability to manage P&L, labor, and food costs within a budget; flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays; valid driver’s license with clean driving history; background check and drug screening required
