Requirements: Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role, managing culinary operations; Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop kitchen staff; Expertise in menu planning, food cost control, and high-quality food preparation; In-depth knowledge of current food trends and guest preferences; Strong understanding of hygiene and safety regulations, particularly HACCP standards
