About: The Surfing Fox, located in The Pierside Hotel, is seeking an Executive Chef to join our team in serving guests with creativity and passion. The establishment offers California Cuisine with a side of Sunshine, blending fresh, SoCal flavors with an ocean breeze. The Surfing Fox is a new restaurant in Santa Monica that combines modern California and vintage surf culture for a unique dining experience.
Requirements: More than two years of post high school education, but less than a degree from a four-year college; five to ten years of employment in a related position with this company or other organization; advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within the food profession; oral and written communication skills; moderate hearing, excellent vision, moderate speech communication skills, excellent comprehension and literacy
