Position: Executive Chef job
About: Sage Hospitality Group is seeking an Executive Chef to oversee the culinary operations at The Corner Office located in The Curtis Hotel. The Corner Office in downtown Denver offers retro-inspired influences with playful, indulgent dishes and a colorful, martini-centric cocktail program. The Curtis, a Double Tree by Hilton, is a unique place to stay in Denver known for vibrant artwork, themed rooms, and playful surprises.
Requirements: More than two years of post high school education, but less than a degree from a four-year college; five to ten years of employment in a related position; advanced knowledge of food profession principles and practices; strong oral and written communication skills; moderate hearing, excellent vision, moderate speech communication skills, excellent comprehension and literacy; physical ability to lift, carry, kneel, stand for extended periods, and work in varied temperatures
