Position: Executive Chef job
About: The Wildbirch Hotel is seeking an Executive Chef to oversee all culinary operations, bringing the vibrant flavors of Alaska to life through locally inspired dishes and creative menu offerings, upholding high standards for sustainability and locally sourced ingredients.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; Culinary Degree or related degree preferred; 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef in a hotel or high-end restaurant environment; strong leadership and organizational skills; ability to remain calm under pressure and work in a fast-paced environment; advanced knowledge of kitchen management software and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
