About: Canlis, a 75-year-old hospitality icon striving to be the world’s most respected restaurant, is looking for a grounded leader who knows how to cook. The restaurant, founded in 1950, will be hiring their 8th-ever head chef this spring. Candidates should have extensive experience in leadership, excel in emotional maturity, and possess a strong desire to participate in the rebuilding of a better, more sustainable restaurant industry.
