Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; bilingual with fluency in Spanish and English; specialized training in long-term care food service management and nutrition preferred; Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) credential preferred; two years of experience in quantity food production/service, dining/nutrition, and personnel supervision required; basic computer skills; completion of approved sanitation and safety course may be required; current ServSafe or Food Handler certification required based on state/county law; ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds; compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies; live in service area
