Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; bilingual in Spanish and English fluently; two years of experience in quantity food production/service, dining/nutrition, and personnel supervision; specialized training in long-term care food service management and nutrition preferred; Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) credential preferred
