Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; bilingual in Spanish and English fluently; leadership skills and ability to work independently; specialized training in long-term care food service management and nutrition preferred; Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) credential preferred; two years of quantity food production/service experience required; basic computer skills; completion of approved sanitation and safety course may be required; Current ServSafe or Food Handler certification required as per State/County law; ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds; comply with COVID-19 vaccination policies; ability to perform routine tasks continuously and work around food and cleaning products; must reside in the service area
