Position: Executive Chef job
About: Aramark Healthcare is seeking an Executive Chef for the University of Chicago Medicine located in Chicago, IL. The Executive Chef oversees chef managers and hourly culinary staff, developing and executing culinary solutions to meet customer needs and tastes in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements: Requires at least 4 years of culinary experience; at least 2 years in a management role preferred; culinary degree or equivalent experience required; advanced knowledge of food profession principles and practices; ability to multi-task and simplify the agenda for the team; strong oral, reading, and written communication skills.
