Position: Executive Chef job
About: We are an upscale, independent restaurant with a focus on fresh ingredients, steaks, and seafood. Our kitchen operates with dynamic seasonal menus, multi-course tasting options, and featured items. The Executive Chef will lead kitchen operations, training team members, and maintaining a culture of culinary excellence. Key responsibilities include developing unique cuisine, overseeing kitchen operations, training staff, collaborating with management, managing inventory, and ensuring kitchen cleanliness and sanitation. Requirements: A culinary arts bachelor’s degree (preferred); 5 years of restaurant experience including 2+ years in management (preferred); experience in new restaurant openings (preferred)
