Requirements: 3+ years experience in a kitchen managerial position; Culinary Arts degree, or related degree; Experience in volume food production within a commercial kitchen; Experience and discipline in creating fine food for a variety of tastes; Experience in managing and leading staff; Previous experience in working with older adults
