Position: Executive Chef job
About: Fairbanks Princess Riverside Lodge, located in Fairbanks, AK, is a part of Holland America Line and Princess Cruises, known as HAP-Alaska/Yukon Land Operations. Requirements: High school completion or equivalent required; Professional knowledge in food preparation equivalent to a culinary degree or certified training; Five years of experience in restaurant and/or culinary management preferred; Ability to work independently with little supervision; Dedication to delivering excellent customer service; Alaska Food Handlers card and ServSafe Manager certification required; Willingness to work varied shifts including weekends; Minimum age of 18 for company housing residency; Ability to lift 50 lbs/23 kg and stand/walk for 8+ hours per day; Must pass a pre-employment background check; Eligibility to work in the United States
