Requirements: Experience: 5-7+ years of experience in a leadership role in fine dining or upscale culinary environments; Culinary Expertise: Mastery of culinary techniques, menu design, and kitchen operations; Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team; Financial Acumen: Experience with budgeting, food cost management, and financial oversight; Creativity: A passion for culinary innovation and the ability to balance tradition with contemporary trends; Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration across teams; Education: Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience; advanced certifications are a plus
