About: Ramsay’s Kitchen – Oklahoma City is a casually refined restaurant inspired by the Michelin-starred chef and television personality Gordon Ramsay and his global travels. Located within Oklahoma City’s premier entertainment district at Chisholm Creek, guests can enjoy a fresh seasonal menu featuring well-known favorites like Beef Wellington and Sticky Toffee Pudding alongside local cuisine with a twist.
Requirements: The Executive Chef must have: – The motivation and leadership skill to represent the Gordon Ramsay Brand and its world-class hospitality standards – Previous experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef within a premium high-volume quality restaurant – A solid understanding of classic cooking methods and seasonality, as well as an ability to innovate and create – A keen eye for detail to ensure delivery of standards and the highest levels of food quality at all times – A proven track record of recruiting, developing, motivating and retaining a high-performing kitchen team – A strong personality, with confidence and enthusiasm to lead the team in the day-to-day running of the kitchen – Exceptional communication skills – verbal and written – to ensure clear communication with all stakeholders – Ability to multitask and effectively manage relationships at all levels
