Requirements: At least 2 years of experience as a managing chef or cook; Sanitation certification and proficient in nutrition and therapeutic diets; Previous experience in managing and motivating dining service team members in a high-quality dining environment; Ability to handle multiple priorities; Strong written and verbal communication skills; Competency in organizational and time management skills; Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities; Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new applications; Availability to work weekends and a flexible schedule
