Position: Executive Chef job
About: ISS Guckenheimer, a global organization committed to providing culinary services, is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Executive Chef to oversee all back-of-the-house operations and support multiple cafes on campus. The Executive Chef plays a crucial role in ensuring client and guest satisfaction by upholding high-quality standards and implementing culinary best practices set by ISS Guckenheimer. This position collaborates with the General Manager to achieve financial success through effective kitchen management and adherence to company guidelines and SOPs.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in operating a successful restaurant or corporate dining facility preferred; ServSafe certified or ability to become certified; excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to create seasonal, plant-forward menus and recipes; proficient in culinary techniques and kitchen management
