Position: Executive Chef job
About: Lessing’s Hospitality Group is looking for an experienced Executive Chef to lead and develop the culinary team for the Project’s Oyster Bar & Tap House concept in a brand new restaurant on the Jupiter waterfront. The role includes overseeing daily culinary operations, maintaining food cost and labor guidelines, ensuring safety and sanitation compliance, and collaborating with the Service Leadership team. The Executive Chef will innovate recipes, support team members, and engage guests in the Oyster Bar & Tap House concept. Lessing’s Hospitality Group operates numerous locations in the Northeast and Florida, offering unique and personalized hospitality experiences for over 130 years.
Requirements: Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume establishment at a 3-star/3-diamond level; highly educated in food and beverage with a focus on seafood and seasonal ingredients; proficient in P&L management, cost controls, and budgeting; able to build high-performing teams and develop future leaders; adaptable with open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays; fluent in Microsoft Office Suite, accounting software, POS systems, and payroll/HRIS programs; excellent verbal and written communication skills; culinary degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred
