About: The Grand Sierra Resort (GSR) is seeking an Executive Chef to oversee the culinary operations of its 13 restaurants and quick serve outlets. The Executive Chef plays a pivotal role in ensuring that the food operations meet the brand’s target-guests’ needs and satisfaction, focusing on revenue growth and financial performance. This position involves leading a team to create unique dining experiences that distinguish GSR from competitors and uphold its reputation as a premier dining destination.

Requirements: Minimum 2-3 years’ experience as an Executive Chef or Assistant Executive Chef; 5-10 years of progressive culinary leadership in high-volume environments; experience with multiple outlets preferred; culinary degree from a major culinary academy preferred; Casino/resort culinary senior leadership experience preferred
