Position: Executive Chef job
About: Atlas Restaurant Group is seeking an Executive Chef to join our team at Loch Bar, Boca Raton. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 4-6 years of Culinary experience with a minimum of 2 years in Management; ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed; self-starter capable of leading, directing, and supporting a diverse team with high interpersonal and communication skills; strong knowledge of various cuisines, cooking techniques, and dietary accommodations; creative thinking and problem-solving skills to effectively address various situations in a changing environment; strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; experience working with restaurant software such as Toast (POS), ADP Workforce Now, Restaurant365, PayDay Portal, Avero, and XtraChef is advantageous; ability to speak, write, and understand English is required; possess a valid form of identification and Serv-safe certification.
