About: The Corner Office, located in The Curtis Hotel in downtown Denver, is a vibey and casual restaurant with retro-inspired influences. The restaurant offers indulgent dishes with a global spin and a colorful, martini-centric cocktail program. The Curtis Hotel, a DoubleTree by Hilton property, is known for its vibrant artwork, themed rooms, and playful surprises.
Requirements: More than two years of post-high school education; five to ten years of experience in a related position; advanced knowledge of food profession principles and practices; strong oral and written communication skills; moderate hearing and speech communication skills; excellent vision and comprehension; physical ability to lift up to 35 pounds, carry items, and remain standing for extended periods; ability to work in varying temperature environments
